Mister Mobile phone repair warranty policy

• There will be 30 days warranty for all repair services.
• There is no warranty for camera removal services, or installation services where the parts are from your own source
• Please sign off and ensure your repair details are successfully registered into our system after the repair
• For water damaged units, our warranty applies to the replaced parts only
• Warranty does not cover cosmetic defects, water damage, cracked screens, human error

Mister Mobile phone purchase warranty policy

• All items sold are non-refundable or returnable.
• Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
• Please ensure that you have a valid proof of purchase.
• If your phone is covered under local manufacturer warranty, do claim your warranty from the respective service providers.
• Warranty does not cover cosmetic defects, water damage, cracked screens, human error

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by cash, NETS or GrabPay.

For payments above $1000, we accept cash payment only, due to high transaction charges for NETS or GrabPay.

Do you provide delivery services?

Yes. We provide delivery services for $15. Our usual delivery timing is between 1pm to 6pm daily.

We do not provide delivery services for repairs

We do not provide overseas shipping services
